The adjective regretful refers to people and means full of regret. Regrettable applies to incidents or situations and means causing or deserving regret.

Fell is the past tense of fall. Here the profit alredy reduced by 20 percent that's why used fell.

Regrettably means 'by bad luck' and regretfully means 'having regret'. Thus, the right choice is regrettably.

"Regrettable" describes a situation, "regretfully" describes the feelings of the person who caused it.
