It should be- that the dispute on this issue is between me and my brother. In negative sense first person comes first in a sentence.

We should not use me and my brother, because always that person who is talking should come at last so, using my brother and me is appropriate.

Myself is used only with reflexive or emphatic pronouns. Here the word 'myself' is acting like an object. So me is the correct answer.

If one is the part of matter he has to take ones consideration first. So "between me and my brother" is correct.
