Confuse with sentence 'A' like to be "By received your letter".

I think after receiving your letter this morning. We are writing to thank you the same. Instead of having we may get after.

@Vertika, @Panky, and @Ruby, they all make sense.

But what about what @Soumya has said?

"After receiving your letter this morning, we are writing to thank you for the same. So option A is incorrect".

Isn't that a correct sentence? If not, then why?

Anyone, answer please.

Answer is option D, having received your letter may be for a single individual or a group so we / I am / are writing for the same is also correct.

Having use here in subjective sense.

Logically while writing a letter we never say that we are writing you this letter so I think it will be "having received your letter this morning we are wishing to thank you for the same" if I am wrong please suggest me.
