@Ayush.

If promoted, She would get a salary hike. What we generally talk.

In conditional sentence we can not use if and will together.

Examples.

If I will go to the market, I (will) buy a gift for you....Wrong.

If (condition), use of (will) hill.

If I go to the market, I will buy a gift for you....Right.

If she is promoted, she will get a high salary....Right.

Please Suggest. I think below sentence is also correct.

If she will be promoted, She would get higher salary.

Why not? "if she promotes she will get a higher salary".

But at the same time in such sentences "than" should also be used.

"than she will get" isn't it?

In a sentence we avoid to use future tense twice.

Sentence beginning with if or when should be in simple present and other in future.

Like, (if it rains, I will not go to school).

I shall not go there if it rains.

She will leave when he comes.
