You gave one eg right but that is not the correct framing of no sooner.

No sooner had they arrived than they were arguing.

reason : No sooner is used to show that one thing happens immediately after another thing. It is often used with the past perfect and usually followed by than.

Eg : [event 1] They had no sooner arrived than [event 2] they were arguing.

The statement is a past tense, i.e. Rushed in. Then open must be replaced with opened. So the answer should be option A.
