I think this should be the correct answer as we use having for eating or for being pregnant (having a baby). Other than this, having should only be used with verb+ed. (e.g. having received).

'and' is a conjunction which separates the two sentences.
Here, in the sentence following 'and' subject is missing so the complete sentence should be he has to see a doctor.
I hope I justified my point.

B should be the answer as there is only one type of pain and as it is mentioned chest pain so no need of writing 'the' before chest pain.
