I think the solution is not correct here.

The sentence is going in the future tense, it should be "I will contact you" or "I will be contacting you", otherwise the rest of the phrases are alright. Please correct it.

The option B can be modified as "sometime in the next week" or "sometime next week". And there is no error in option A.
