"Next Time" already indicates the Future Sense so no need to add "will" in the sentence.

There are errors in both B and C. @Avinash's sentence is good, but a better sentence would read: "I believe that the next time you come to Mumbai, you will bring that book. " The word "when" is redundant and should be eliminated from the text question to avoid confusion.
