I do seems that as per the grammar "the" article could be used only at the times if the sub is pointing in particular and also at the times, when sub is repetitive in the same part of the sentence.

I think the is removed because the following statement already contains "the best", so "the contact with the best" is not appropriate. Let me know any other reasons appropriate for this.

"Into" denotes movement inside something while "in" denotes that the thing is already resting inside something. This sentence denotes action or movement hence into is more appropriate.
