Actualy 'thoroughly' itself indicates that it is perfect and no need of saying 'so thoroughly' it seems an error there.

I feel that option A is error free coz about here means "in regard to".

Yeah option A is correct because when we disscus any matter, and we know the problem no need to use 'About'.
