Option C.

That I found very easy to work it out? whether "it" is necessary?

The correct sentence should be like "We discussed the problem thoroughly", there is no need of "about" and "so".

I think no need of using "about".

Very through can be written. There is no word like so through. As per grammar, A is the correct answer.

Generally, such types of words like as signature, obey, disobey, marry, investigate, reach, resemble, attack, await, despite, discuss, order, comprise we don't use any preposition.

I think, in place of "that" in option C "then" should come.

"About" and "So" is the mistakes of above sentence.

Anyone tell me that, after FOUND, IT is need or not?

Why don't use "about''? Please, anyone tells me a clear explanation.

I agree with anyone why says that 'so' isn't supposed to the following by 'thoroughly'. tho I believe 'about' can be used but it's not a must.

Option C is correct English.
