So, about and thoroughly is common in this sentence, but we concentrated problem of eve exam checking which one method is good.
In this all are not found the solution anyone given then 'I' must or about doesn't come before 'discuss'.

Option A is wrong because "There is no need of adding "about" before "discuss".
I think option C is also wrong because the usual expression is "I found it very easy to work out".
