Where did the 'me' comes from? I think using 'me' in the sentence makes it more incorrect.

Preposition always followed by objective case that's why of followed by me not my.

Possessive adjective comes before gerund. So there is no error in the sentence.

Before gerund, we take possessive adjective so D is the right answer.
