In which respect, we use 'on the part of', ' instead of', 'on behalf of'?

Please explain.

Please explain what is wrong with 'on behalf of'.

We cannot use 'on behalf of' as it means that some X is representing the railways which is not appropriate in this sentence.

'In part of' directly refers to Railways

@manpreet sing

We should not use "lot of".. we should use "a lot of" or "lots of" both are same...i think it may be helpful

'on behalf of' applies when one speaks about a Whole thing as a unit, like person, festival etc. 'On part of' is used when we speak about something which can be divided.
