Now is used after the verb of Before Subject.
Like,
1- I am free now.
2- Now, I am free.
So there are no differences between 'Free now' and 'now Free' if we see them as a word only, but whenever we make Sentences through it then we always use free now.
Because free is verb & Now is placed after verb Free.
Has anyone got it?

Here the mistake is "is" instead of this we should use" was". Because it was happened already.

A comma is missing in option A. It should be like this : The Indian radio, which was previously controlled by the British rulers, is free now from the narrow vested interests.
