We use "now free" for exclamatory or surprised sentences and in other hand "free now" is use in normal present condition.
Example:
This watch is "free now" with one golden watch.

See the Vowel sound should be aei instead of In. See there is a India is mentioned so that we need to use The, The is definite article we need to use instead of An ok. Thank you

They haven't used pronoun while explaining second sentence. The Indian radio it is now noun, they have to use pronoun like, it is free.

"now free" and "free now' are not the same. According to the linguistic, it should be "now free" the word now' is an adverb of time.

Because auxiliary verb (now) in a clause cannot be separated from the main verb (rules) they should be close next to each other.

According to my point of view "now free" is used for long period and "free now" is used for limited period.

Nothing different except your decision to emphasize free or now, the word you emphasize on will appear at the last position.
