My behaviour is subject that is noun phrase and this subject is singular so we can use speaks it is best choice.

@Ritu speak is used with for...it means 'represents'

Speak about something/somebody means to mention or discuss someone or something. Speak for something means to argue or testify for someone or something.

- so if a teacher is lecturing on life on moon - you can say - teacher is speaking about (and not speak for) the presence of water on moon. However, she can speak for students to principal to build a new library.

The were started from present tense so that rule of tense says this which sentences start to whom it may concern, we will end the sentence as a same tense.
