Parrelism: unless is the parallel marker. To should be present before it also.

I like the answer because it has Negative answers.

Unless is itself negative so we can't use not with unless.

Why not option (E) could any one explain?

I think this is really lame! Both of them express the meaning clearly and does not sound obnoxious to my ears.

I think need not come with (to) infinitive.

I guess all are wrong in their explanation, as the sentence ends with infinite (to) so we should include infinite with "need" but as per the grammar rule module like "need" or "dare" only takes infinite if it is in negative form i.e., don't.

Or if we delete infinite at the end of sentence, it will be corrected as well i.e., "You need not come unless you want.".

Option A is correct, because the meaning is similar to the asked question, or option b is also correct, I can say clearly like option b is also the correct answer but the process is different so finally option A is correct.

With example a question like I want the answer for the addition of two numbers like 2, so the correct answer is 1+1, but we can write 2-0, 10-8, 1*2 etc, in the similar way the option A is correct.

Option A. Don't use unless along with not a negative sentence.
