Option A is correct, because the meaning is similar to the asked question, or option b is also correct, I can say clearly like option b is also the correct answer but the process is different so finally option A is correct.
With example a question like I want the answer for the addition of two numbers like 2, so the correct answer is 1+1, but we can write 2-0, 10-8, 1*2 etc, in the similar way the option A is correct.

I guess all are wrong in their explanation, as the sentence ends with infinite (to) so we should include infinite with "need" but as per the grammar rule module like "need" or "dare" only takes infinite if it is in negative form i.e., don't.
Or if we delete infinite at the end of sentence, it will be corrected as well i.e., "You need not come unless you want.".

As far as I know, (A) is the best choice.
Because, if we study carefully the construction of the sentence it talks about the parallelism of the stem. Also, the sentence is negative so, there we have to use Positive-Negative or Negative-Positive sentence.

Unless itself a negative word hence not should not be used so the given question is wrong. Of the four option A is right because the given sentence gives a negative sense so option A is appropriate one. Thank you.

Here there are two connectives so we know that in one sentence double connectives are not required. i.e. we have to remove one connective but the meaning should be same.

In as much as I also think A is correct, I'm also tempted to think D is also correct. The sentence in itself is even better than its suppose correction which is A.

I think [E] is the right answer because we can use 'need not' instead of 'don't need'. It's just that option [A] is jumbled. So there is no correction required.

No correction is required because when conditional clause takes simple present main clause should contain an auxiliary verb (in present form) with a main verb.

Because unless is used so only one negative is use it. Dot use "unless" along with "not" .

I think this is really lame! Both of them express the meaning clearly and does not sound obnoxious to my ears.
