Because the speaker is talking to everyone present there it is a happening action. If you have access is correct then use them.

                'Anyone' CAN be either singular, or plural referring to a single other person, or many other people, therefore option A is also correct.

                No. The answer is right. Because anyone means, they are specifying a particular person who wants to learn computer. So we use has there. So 'C' is right.
