Does is the correct option because it is in simple present where as did and had done are in past. And has done is in present perfect.
And father is a third person so the word does is correct.

As it is not related to tenses but a regular action whcih a child does. Child does as the father does.

BUT THERE IS A RULE ,if present tence comes twice in a sentence,then first one is in present tance ,and another one is in simple past tence.
