After seeing the action of his father only she is able to do whatever he is performed. Then why don't we use did.

Use "does" because his son has done his father work at present time so use "does" makes the sentences perfect one.

Why not like this "the small child does whatever his father did". Even I agree with option C also correct, but my mind say's this is also correct. Little more clarification for option B.

Why can't it be :" the small child does whatever his father had done"?
