"father" in the sentence is third person, hence does is appropriate one.

Does is the correct option because it is in simple present where as did and had done are in past. And has done is in present perfect.
And father is a third person so the word does is correct.

A child repeats what ever is done in front of him because he is the stage of learning so what his father does he does the same.

His father was done. Here was is past tense and done is past participle so it doesn't work past+present only here work then 3rd person singular (his father) so we use does (it is a present tense of done).
