I disagree with the answer, option D is definitely the correct answer. The structure of the word is 2 dependent clauses, and there cannot be 2 words serving has a main verb ("have" and "realize") in a clause, so PRIYANKA, your explanation is wrong. The correct complete word should follow same pattern as the following correct words: Had I known, I would have gone to school earlier.

Had priyanka listened to the weather forecast, He would have informed us of the rain.
