I disagree with the answer, option D is definitely the correct answer. The structure of the word is 2 dependent clauses, and there cannot be 2 words serving has a main verb ("have" and "realize") in a clause, so PRIYANKA, your explanation is wrong. The correct complete word should follow same pattern as the following correct words: Had I known, I would have gone to school earlier.

Had priyanka listened to the weather forecast, He would have informed us of the rain.

D is the correct answer I think!

In answer A, have is the auxiliary verb and had as a principal verb and we cannot use two principal verb like "had & realized" together!

In option B, had is an auxiliary verb that denotes past perfect and complied.

Answer D is correct. "Had i" means " if I had". This fits in the given structure. "Have had" is preceded by Noun not verb and in this case the word is Verb i.e. realise.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Only option D is appropriate here as it is past conditional. (if past perfect, S+would have +past participle+object) or (had +subject +past participle, subject +would have +past participle +object).

Here D is the correct answer because.

The structure of the sentence is like this.

If + had + would have.

Here if I had can be replaced with had I.

Option A is correct because the principal clause is in future tense that's why the subordinate clause should be in present tense.

Most of the people go with D option but here A is the right one.

Have and had can come together.

E.G: I have had my lunch.

I have had.

Here "have" acts as a main verb like sing, eat etc. Where as.

"had" acts as a auxillary verb.

The answer is supposed to be "I realised the nature of the job earlier, I would not have accepted it".
