Only option D is appropriate here as it is past conditional. (if past perfect, S+would have +past participle+object) or (had +subject +past participle, subject +would have +past participle +object).

D is the correct answer I think!
In answer A, have is the auxiliary verb and had as a principal verb and we cannot use two principal verb like "had & realized" together!
In option B, had is an auxiliary verb that denotes past perfect and complied.

Option A is correct because the principal clause is in future tense that's why the subordinate clause should be in present tense.

Answer D is correct. "Had i" means " if I had". This fits in the given structure. "Have had" is preceded by Noun not verb and in this case the word is Verb i.e. realise.
