Both A and D are right according to me.

Why not either B/C?

According to the 3rd rule of conditionals, the answer will be D.

D is the correct answer.

Answer D is correct. "Had i" means " if I had". This fits in the given structure. "Have had" is preceded by Noun not verb and in this case the word is Verb i.e. realise.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Option A is correct because the principal clause is in future tense that's why the subordinate clause should be in present tense.

I think option d is better and appropriate answer for this.

D is the correct answer I think!

In answer A, have is the auxiliary verb and had as a principal verb and we cannot use two principal verb like "had & realized" together!

In option B, had is an auxiliary verb that denotes past perfect and complied.

When have had come together?

Can anyone explain the rule for it, please?

Only option D is appropriate here as it is past conditional. (if past perfect, S+would have +past participle+object) or (had +subject +past participle, subject +would have +past participle +object).
