Even though I know that the answer here is "me". I think the sentence is incorrect.
A basic rule of the English language is to always include yourself as the last person. So the sentence should be.

Hey there! Grammarian here!
Main point: The question itself is wrong.
It should have been 'My uncle decided to take my sister and ... to the market'.
The appropriate answer is 'My uncle decided to take my sister and I to the market', who's smart now?

'I' is used as a subject so it will always come in the beginning of a sentence
whereas 'Me' is used as an object.
in this case, since 'my uncle' is the subject,'Me' is the right option.

My uncle is an third person. If the same sentence is me and my sister is going to market means then the answer will be myself and my sister is going to market.

Me is used as an object. (Ex: The songs are written by me. ).
"Myself" is a reflexive pronoun used when you are the object of your own action.

Here an object must be used, so me is correct choice. I think myself also suits the blank, but it comes in an expression with emphasis.

Here the first person 'my uncle' decided to take another person that is 'me' only not 'myself'.

We want to express something about others there we have to 'me' not like i, and others.
