Even though I know that the answer here is "me". I think the sentence is incorrect.

A basic rule of the English language is to always include yourself as the last person. So the sentence should be.

"My uncle decided to take my sister and I to the market".

Here the first person 'my uncle' decided to take another person that is 'me' only not 'myself'.
