If 521643 is the correct order then explain me-why?

"he" is given in the second sentence but in third sentence "full name" is used.

Chandrakanth is noun, so it will be first sentence not the third one. Without choosing noun as a 1st sentence, we can not describe pronoun later. Please tell me the order of sentence.
