In a change of speech, Any sentence indicating as a sense of order should be like the option B. I think this is the correct answer.

I guess whats written in quotes also matters. In "Go to his room and study". 'his' will change to 'your'.

Because, his father said to his son that go to room and then study. That's the reason option A correct.

Option A is correct, because by the words " go to your room and study " is an order itself.
