Ordering doesn't mean that your voice should be firm or harsh.

It completely depends on the way you are delivering the words.

But not on the pitch of your voice since that would become an unfair treatment (exploitation) not order.

I don't think that the synonym of ordered is said the answer would be option D. I am confused please explain.

Umm, option D is apt but @Sneha, it's not very easy to see that point of view. To see the harsh tone of "Go to your room". Yeah, now that you point that out, it seems easy but I would have never guessed seeing it that way.

In option 'A' with whom the father is speaking is not present. But we should mention before the actual sentence said by father, I think so?
