The sentence is in the past perfect tense. According to Grammar the indirect voice is not belonging to the options.

There is no change in past perfect tense during changing direct to indirect speech so right answer should be.
Direct==My cousin said, "My room-mate had snored throughout the night. ".
Indir==My cousin told that his room-mate had snored through the night.
Direct==My cousin said, "My room-mate had snored throughout the night. ".
Indir==My cousin told that his room-mate had snored through the night.
