In the first figure
according to the rule given they have to remove one line from bigger figure and add one line to smaller figure..
but they have remove only one line in all figure which does not follow the rule.. so it is wrong..
in the second figure
they not removed any line .. so it is also wrong..
in the third figure
they have followed the ruled so it is correct..
that is they have removed one line from bigger figure and add one line to smaller figure..
in the fourth figure
they followed the rule up to second step but went wrong at the third step.. that is they removed one line from the bigger figure but they did not add one line to smaller figure..
i hope u understood..
thank u .. have a nice day..

According to given rule:.
Option 1 Fail as the outer figure is not decreasing.
Option 2 Fail as the outer figure remains as it is.
Option 3 Satisfies the rule as the outer figure is decreasing and inner figure is increasing for each iteration.
Option 4 Fails as the 4th iteration is not decreased.
Correct Answer : C.

In figure C , the sides of the hexagon(closed figure) is reducing one by one while the sides of the parallelogram(opened figure) is increasing.
Since, the parallelogram(opened figure) required 3 sides, So 3 sides of the hexagon(closed figure) has been reduced.
Hence it follows the rule.

In option 1 shape is changed in their flow.
In option 2 closed fig not losing their side.
In option 3 each and every closed fig losing their sides and open fig gaining their sides.
In option 4 mismatch of losing and gaining.
So option C is correct.
In option 2 closed fig not losing their side.
In option 3 each and every closed fig losing their sides and open fig gaining their sides.
In option 4 mismatch of losing and gaining.
So option C is correct.

Yeah, the third option is right because in third option the closed figure lose it's arm one by one and the opened figure get it's arm. And at the last primarily closed figure lose it's 3 arm and primarily opened figured closed by getting 3 arms.

In 1st diagram outer diagram is not continuously losing and clearly 2nd one can be eliminated but in 4th again last to part of the diagram is failing and the only 3rd is following the rule.

3 option is correct because step by step ruled is followed whether in second one some steps are skipped. And due to continuity of removing and adding lines the 3 option is appropriate.

Friends we have to just check that on every iteration the side of outer figure is decreased by one and that of inner figure is increased by 1.
So, option C is correct. :-).
So, option C is correct. :-).

The given 3 option is correct. Because the hexagon is reducing its side step by step and the inner parallelogram is forming step by step so that's the answer.

@All.
You can find a particular sequence in the third figure whereas sequence break in all other options. Please look you find it clearly.
