Characters remain same are A H I M O T you V W X Y and L is 180 degrees horizontally inverted.

In mirror image the things on right go to left and vice versa but they don't go upside down while in water thing go upside down.

I think C is also correct. It is mirrored vertically.

It isn't C even if the complete image is inverted, L would have been flipped over.

Both are correct. Option 2 is a horizontal image and option 3 is a vertical image.

Technically we see the mirror image from the downside only. If we ave to see it from the side then we must apply the same rule for the other questions also. As per my knowledge, the C part must be correct.
