Listen the 3rd figure in the given question is an isosceles triangle. Neither in 4th nor in 3rd option we have an isosceles triangle. So both are incorrect.

The answer is C because in option D the upper triangle is not the right angle triangle, it's obtuse angle triangle while in question both triangles are right-angle triangle.

The option C is correct because the other shapes have lines overlapping each other so we cannot consider them as shapes.

Because area of the right angle triangle on the D option is inconsistent with the given one. While in C, area seems consistent.
