|Because area of the right angle triangle on the D option is inconsistent with the given one. While in C, area seems consistent.|

|Listen the 3rd figure in the given question is an isosceles triangle. Neither in 4th nor in 3rd option we have an isosceles triangle. So both are incorrect.
Am I right?

|The answer is C because in option D the upper triangle is not the right angle triangle, it's obtuse angle triangle while in question both triangles are right-angle triangle.|
