The option C is correct because the other shapes have lines overlapping each other so we cannot consider them as shapes.

The answer is C because in option D the upper triangle is not the right angle triangle, it's obtuse angle triangle while in question both triangles are right-angle triangle.

Listen the 3rd figure in the given question is an isosceles triangle. Neither in 4th nor in 3rd option we have an isosceles triangle. So both are incorrect.
