Simply put, the 3rd picture in each row is the equivalent of all the lines in the previous 2 pictures of the same row added together. However, whenever a line segment of the previous 2 pictures of the same row overlaps, said line gets "eliminated". The overlapping lines do not show up in the 3rd picture.

In the 1st column, there are 2 pins that are overlapping. One pin rotates 180° and then again 180.

In 2nd column, left pin rotates 90° clockwise and then that pin rotate again 90°.

Then 3rd column, 3 pin are there, left pin shift 90°. And then again it turns 90° that overlap on right side pin result in the answer A.

Here, the Third picture is just an addition of lines 1st two pictures with one condition that overlapping lines will be eliminated.
