4 is correct, because;
Take 1 and 2 pics consider as one group. Bcoz their arrow facing smaller side.
Take 3 and 4 pics and consider other groups because arrow facing the smaller end.
So 4th pic common to all.

In all the arrow is from thick part but the fourth one is the opposite. So it is the answer.

Plus and arrow is white side but in all figure plus and arrow is the black side.

The 4th one where the arrow is unfortunately towards the side shaded dark.

I think it is 3 because the orientation of the addition sign and the arrow are different than all of the others.

Plus sign is always with the dark shade except 4th.
