SIMPLE THING the arrow is always away from the side painted black except the 4th one where the arrow is unfortunately towards the side shaded dark i.e., the smaller side though the smaller or larger side doesn't matter what matters is the *arrow pointing direction* and *the shaded side*

@Muzamil,

As per your view then every figure is odd because every figure has its own side like figure - 1 bold or dark side is facing down except any other, the correct explanation is, except 4 all arrows are opposite to black side.

4 is correct, because;

Take 1 and 2 pics consider as one group. Bcoz their arrow facing smaller side.
Take 3 and 4 pics and consider other groups because arrow facing the smaller end.
So 4th pic common to all.

@All.

I agree with your answer but if we see that arrow in all figures is towards the empty glass shapes except 4 because it is opposite and in the direction of the glass's lower side.

As per my knowledge, (this side of the arrow is towards black painted region) ---> (this side is towards white painted); except option 4.

The +sign and arrow sign were laid on the dark shade side. But in the case of 4th fig, the +sign and arrow sign lie in white side.

In all the figures + and arrow are placed in dark shaded place where as in 4th figure those + and arrows are in unshaded place.

If you see, the arrow is near the side with the black dot. However, in 4, it is near the side without the black dot.
