In this series of figures, the odd one out appears to be the second figure.
Here's why:
All the other shapes involve a continuous or connected set of lines forming some kind of design.
The second figure, however, resembles a disconnected triangle-like shape, which contrasts with the flowing or connected nature of the other figures.

I am not understanding this logic. All figure looks likes as a form of mirror image. Anyone, please help me to get it.

Because the sign is opposite outer side but fourth sign in the inner side.

Third one is correct. Because see, the upper figure looks like a 4 and the lower figure looks like a small flag (when you rotate them CW). And the Triangle concept is also correct.
