Yes, @Sagar you are right 3rd option is correct, it is different in both triangles of the head, they are not the mirror.

While solving this, I thought that 2nd is the correct answer. Because every image has the head only there is no head in 2nd. But I am wrong.

So the head in A is also small in one and big in other. That's not even an explanation.
