Simple there are some ranges for private address.
10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.25
192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255
in option A first block is 12 so crosses range. option B first block is 168 does not come in to the range. option c first block 172 is ok but second block is 15 but range start from 16 so wrong. option d is correct one
