Security maintain in private IP address or not?

Which of the following do transport layer protocol for application layer protocol?

How can we understand IP address simple? And has it constant and no change values.

Class Private Networks Subnet Mask Address Range.

A 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255.

B 172.16.0.0-172.31.0.0 255.240.0.0 172.16.0.0-172.31.255.255.

C 192.168.0.0 255.255.0.0.

Address range for C-class 192.168.0.0-192.168.255.255.

An address is a data structure understood by a network which uniquely identifies the recipient within the network. But class of these IP address can be easily guessed on just seeing them and their respective private address can be get further.
