I'm not clear with this question. Some books said, alpha haemolysins causes lysis of RBCs.

I think it is Gamma haemolysin that causes no haemolysis. Please explain me.

The answer should be B.

Alpha haemolysin causes complete lysis of RBC.
Beta haemolysin causes partial Hemolysis of RBC.
Gama haemolysin causes no Hemolysis of RBC.

β haemolysin lyses only sheep RBC, so it doesn't lyse human RBC.

Partially hemolysis (alpha) is inactivated at 70 degree celcius and paradoxically activated at 100 degree celcius.

Complete hemolysis (beta) hot cold phenomenon and it work only on sheep blood not on human rbcs.
