I'm not clear with this question. Some books said, alpha haemolysins causes lysis of RBCs.

Partially hemolysis (alpha) is inactivated at 70 degree celcius and paradoxically activated at 100 degree celcius.
Complete hemolysis (beta) hot cold phenomenon and it work only on sheep blood not on human rbcs.
