In my view, the answer is B that gamma hemolysin is the one which can not digest RBCs.

Partially hemolysis (alpha) is inactivated at 70 degree celcius and paradoxically activated at 100 degree celcius.
Complete hemolysis (beta) hot cold phenomenon and it work only on sheep blood not on human rbcs.

β haemolysin lyses only sheep RBC, so it doesn't lyse human RBC.
