I think its enteroinvasive E.coli because it invades mucosa of ileum & colon and results in erotion of mucosa which led to bloody diarrhea (sometimes it's called shigellosis like bc its results to dysentery).
Enterotoxigenic E.coli results to production of toxin such as exotoxin(Enterotoxin) that led to watery diarrhea Eg; Travellor diarrhea.
So my suggestion is that Dysentery may be caused by Enteroinvasive E.coli [B]

There are two main types of dysentery.

The answer is wrong, enterotoxigenic E.coli is not the cause of dysentery.
