Answer should be enteroinvasive E.coli.

I think its enteroinvasive E.coli because it invades mucosa of ileum & colon and results in erotion of mucosa which led to bloody diarrhea (sometimes it's called shigellosis like bc its results to dysentery).

Enterotoxigenic E.coli results to production of toxin such as exotoxin(Enterotoxin) that led to watery diarrhea Eg; Travellor diarrhea.

So my suggestion is that Dysentery may be caused by Enteroinvasive E.coli [B]

The answer is wrong, enterotoxigenic E.coli is not the cause of dysentery.

There are two main types of dysentery.

The first type, amoebic dysentery or intestinal amoebiasis, is caused by a single-celled, microscopic parasite living in the large bowel.

The second type, bacillary dysentery, is caused by invasive bacteria.
