Selective is the correct answer e.g. antibiotics kills some and leave others.

Selective media is the correct answer because it has inhibitory agent to inhibit the growth of other organism.

Both enrichment and selective media are correct. The only difference is that enrichment media is liquid while selective media is solid.

It should be selective media.

Enrichment media is liquid while selective media is solid. So according to the question, for liquid, enrichment media is correct.

Selective media accelerate the growth of required pathogens only and prevents slow down the growth of others.

When a substance is added to a SOLID medium which inhibits the growth of unwanted bacteria and favours the growth of wanted bacteria, it is known as SELECTIVE MEDIA.

But the question are, When a substance is added to a LIQUID medium which inhibits the growth of unwanted bacteria and favors the growth of wanted bacteria, it is known as ENRICHMENT MEDIA. So Enrichment media is the correct answer.

Selective media is the correct answer because it favors the growth of particular microorganisms and inhibits the growth of other microorganisms.
