According to the mechanism of drug action penicillin attack, the cell wall of bacteria but mycoplasma do not contain cell wall so the drug will produce no effect on the mycoplasma bacteria.

Mycoplasma lack a cell wall around their cell membrane. Without a cell wall, they are unaffected by many common antibiotics such as penicillin or other beta-lactam antibiotics that target cell wall synthesis.

Because these bacteria as you say lack cell wall, so the penicillin attack cell by attaching PBPs. Hence no cell wall, no effect of antibiotics.
